Of the 5 companies I considered to replace my HVAC system, I chose Atlanta Air Care. The price, equipment, and warranty were important, but I was much impressed with how they answered my many questions so that I would make the most informed decision. The installation went very well, and I could not ask for more professional people. There were some issues that came about (not of the company, but of a crew working on my property). They handled the situation extremely well. I had my ducts cleaned as well, and that gentleman was extremely professional. I would recommend Atlanta Air Care to my family and Friends.

24 hours without heat now. No service; bad system. Only wish I could post with ZERO stars.
After driving 90 miles per hour from South Florida to rescue my 80+ year old mother-in-law who has terminal cancer, I now know why my heat is not working. The system shut itself off because the condensate pump was full, yet still trying to run. I verified that the exterior line is frozen. I unplugged the pump to avoid a potential electrical malfunction.
After several hours, I could not find a way to make the system work, maybe if the outside temp were to go above 45? Is that when you want heat for a terminal family member? This is not going to look good if you don’t make it right. I called YOU as soon as my mother-in-law reported the heat not working and was told you would NOT send a technician today because of the “storm”. After communicating with my neighbors on the drive back; they had all been out all day running errands with no ice and no problems. Hence my race to Atlanta.
I returned to find the system shout down by the condensate pump which had frozen (outside line) after a 5 hour power outage. I initially thought the system I purchased was an economical way to go. No one informed me that this system would be subject to fail at the worst possible time; an ice storm, coldest temps in the area, resulting in power outage. The system is still not working. My mother-in-law cannot climb the stairs to get to the upstairs.
Please send your units tomorrow ready to replace my system. I cannot have a unit that is subject to failure when it is most needed. We will work the difference in price later.
I cannot have this system going forward.
I paid you over $12K this year for my new systems. I expect you to make this right. Putting human beings at risk with faulty systems is unacceptable.

Very pleasant customer service, quick response, prompt arrival time, and courteous/polite service man. He explained everything that he was doing so I could understand. Very impressed.
